Joseph is a playwright who loves performing and has vast experience producing fringe-style theatre. His plays take a comedic approach to tackling issues of the current, such as climate change, addiction and the general shortening of attention spans. Always weird, whacky and absurd, Joseph’s writing will keep you on your toes and ask difficult questions, all while making you chuckle and chortle. His collection of short, sketch-style plays ‘Attention Span’ was performed with Brave Mirror in 2023 and is currently adapting another iteration of the show with the team. Outside of Brave Mirror, Joseph founded and ran Cruyff Turn Theatre Company which has performed shows across the UK to thousands of audience members. He currently works as a teaching assistant in schools across London, and as a freelance crew member for entertainment events. He has a First Class Degree in Scriptwriting and Performance from the University of East Anglia, and has completed the Advanced Playwrighting course with Theatre503, as well as the 28 Plays Later literary challenge.
