Holly Bancroft (she/her)
Holly is a theatre maker specialising in directing and producing devised and movement-led work.

Holly started working with Brave Mirror in 2022 on ‘Jane Eyre’ and has since become an Associate Producer for the company. She leads on marketing with Thomas Duggan (Executive Producer) and assists with creative direction and production. She is interested in devised theatre and how movement and sound can tell a story that words can’t. She is also in the process of developing her knowledge in intimacy coordination, and how intimacy practise can filter down into creating the best practise in a rehearsal room. Outside of Brave Mirror, Holly also runs Penny Drop Productions, a women-led theatre company that explores the fun and the uncanny through devised work. She also works at Battersea Arts Centre as a Welcome Team member. She has a first-class degree in Theatre and English from Bristol University.
